App Features
Evidence Capture
Take photos and videos directly in the app, or pick from your gallery. Attach up to 7 media files as evidence for any complaint.
Audio Statements
Record a voice statement of up to 3 minutes. Pause, resume, preview, and delete before submitting — all inside the app.
GPS Location
Automatically attach your GPS coordinates to a complaint or site report for accurate geolocation data that field officers can navigate to.
Push Notifications
Receive instant push alerts when your complaint status changes, when a fine notice is issued, or when field officers schedule a site visit.
Complaint Dashboard
View all your past complaints in one place, filter by status, and re-open resolved complaints that were not satisfactorily addressed.
Site Manager Tools
Site managers can view their registered sites, see fee breakdowns, initiate payments, and receive compliance notices directly in the app.
Field Officer Mode
LAWMA field officers get dedicated tools for recording site visits, attaching inspection photos, updating complaint stages, and logging enforcement actions.
In-App Payments
Proceed to payment for construction site levies directly within the app, with support for card, bank transfer, and USSD payment methods.
Secure Account
Create a verified LAWMA account with your phone number or email. Your data is encrypted and secured using Firebase Authentication.
How to Download

Open Google Play Store
On your Android phone, open the Google Play Store app. Search for "LAWMA Lagos" or use the button above to go directly to the app listing.

Tap "Install" on the LAWMA app page. The download is free and takes less than a minute on a standard connection.

Register or Log in
Create a new LAWMA account with your phone number, or log in if you already have one from a previous device. No payment is required to create an account.
