How It Works
- 1Submit a waste offense complaint on the LAWMA platform or mobile app.
- 2Provide clear evidence: photos or videos of the offense and the offender.
- 3Supply your bank account details in the complaint form to enable reward payment.
- 4LAWMA enforcement officers investigate and, where confirmed, issue a fine to the offender.
- 5Once the complaint is resolved by enforcement, your reward is calculated and queued for disbursement.
- 6You receive an SMS notification confirming your reward. Payment is processed to your registered account.
- 7Rewards are subject to verification. Fraudulent or malicious reports attract the false-report penalty.
Reporting Guidelines
- •Reports must be truthful and based on direct observation or reliable evidence.
- •Do not file reports based on personal disputes unrelated to waste management offenses.
- •Media evidence (photos/videos) must be authentic and unaltered.
- •Provide as much detail as possible: offense type, location, time, and offender description.
- •Submitting a false report to implicate an innocent party is a criminal offense and attracts a financial penalty equivalent to the reward that would have been earned.
- •Confidentiality is maintained. Your identity as a reporter will not be disclosed to the offender.
- •Rewards are non-transferable and paid only to the account holder named in the complaint form.
- •LAWMA reserves the right to withhold rewards pending investigation integrity review.
- •Multiple valid reports by the same reporter are each eligible for separate rewards.
