By 20 May 2026, 20:20, our customer support reviewed the complaint and escalated the matter to the enforcement team of the affected vicinity.

By 20 May 2026, 20:30, the enforcement team had ARRESTED the offender.

The offender has been penalized with a fine of ₦200,000. The complainant was compensated with the sum of ₦35,000.
